I used the crappy chair so this was a big upgrade. I've taken a nap in it before and slept well (the stool is awesome). I wish the bottom pillow was a little more comfortable, but I'm incredibly picky. The chair also appears to be of solid construction. The only thing I think is a potential scam if you're unsure about assembling because the chair came disassembled and it took a while to put it back together (about an hour or so). If you don't feel comfortable building something, either go the other way or be prepared to get help. Otherwise I think it's great for the price. I suspect other gaming chairs of the same quality and features are around the $200 mark, so this is great for those who don't want to spend $400 on a chair but still want features, comfort, and quality .
