Bought two, they are beautiful. I have a damaged lampshade, so let's take care of the replacement. Wiring and instructions were unclear. I looked for black, white, and ground wires. But when you open the device, they are brown, blue and yellow. So searched the web, YouTube and emailed Permo for help on which wire connects to which wire. Nothing. So I went back to the unit and found a label on the wires with a code: brown for hot or black wire, yellow for ground or ground, blue for neutral or white wire. It was then easy to insert two blue wires on one side of this white plastic connection and one white on the other. I also made two brown wires and one black. Just a yellow wire and ground on the other side. There was no color coding in the instructions or where to route the two wires from either switch, so all we found was that they were both the same color, brown or blue. The company could have handled the instructions better and kept the wires the same black color. , white and sanded.
