Mouse Not Working - Keyboard and Mouse Combo

I ordered this product and the mouse worked for 30 seconds and then turned off. Tried several batteries, same result. I thought maybe it was just defective so I went back and bought a new one. Again the mouse doesn't work for more than 30 seconds. I have to give it back again forever. Maybe I was just unlucky with the products I got, but if the second one gave me the same result. I don't believe in the product
