Good product for the price and GREAT customer service

I give this product 5 stars based on the product and the customer service I received. The first group I got wasn't the one. The pens were too short and I almost lost this Fitbit (luckily it fell off around the house). I emailed the company and they immediately offered to replace it, to which I agreed. It wasn't an expensive product but I really liked it so they quickly sent me a second one and the pins were longer and it worked well. They contacted me a couple of times to make sure I got the new band and that it was right for me. Excellent customer service.
