Super cute and comfy for my baby. It doesn't look uncomfortable in it, so I'm guessing it's not itchy. The button to close the hat is a little difficult to put on...it takes some effort. Washes well. I air dried the hat so not sure if it will shrink in the dryer or not (didn't want to risk it). Although the air dries fairly quickly
