Poor quality product

I should have guessed something was wrong when I saw that the headphones didn't look like the picture, but as I liked the design better I overlooked it. According to the instructions, the plug must be fully inserted. However, when I do this, everything I play sounds far away. If I tighten the jack a bit, the sound gets clearer, but it still doesn't work. I hope I can return this item and get my money back.
