I am 5’6” and 180 pounds. I ordered large. I thought it would be to tight when I opened it but it stretches really well. It has slimmed out my stomach and lifts my butt giving me a nice hour glass figure. The thighs are a little long so I can not wear it with shorts but it’s great for work or under leggings. I have also noticed that I eat less while wearing it because it becomes to tight and uncomfortable when I over eat. It also makes me stand up straighter.
