The mobile has become detached from my baby's bassinet, causing an important bassinet function (automatic movement) to fail. Rather than going back to Revain I decided to contact the company for a replacement part as it was under warranty. BIG MISTAKE. I've been emailing them for THREE weeks and still haven't found a solution. My child has almost outgrown the product at this point. Absolutely ridiculous.
