My love/hate is a huge backpack

I've had this bag for a year before I had a cross body bag for my first two and really liked them but wanted something more comfortable for the third and around to have hands free. The design and look of the bag is beautiful and I get compliments on it. Both front and inner pockets are good. But that's where my love for her ends. Regarding the comfort of the bag, my shoulders start to hurt after probably 10 minutes, even with the padded back and shoulder straps (the reason I chose this bag). others) It sits quite on the back of my back because its body isn't long enough (like a normal hiking backpack) so it sits too high on my back, whist tries to make it a bit more comfortable but then ends up looking too bulky . I think what I hate the most is the bulk of the backpack. Whether it's stuffed full of newborn essentials or just an extra change of clothes, three diapers and wipes in the main compartment, it looks packed. Wipes or less left in the wipes pack. The changing pad on the back also slides around quite weirdly so I don't stash anything else in it. My hate/kinda like this diaper bag has lasted so long it's time to toss it, back to my cheap Amazon travel backpack and forget about using this backpack . It's a shame as I chose it as a baby gift from my sister. I've lasted this long thanks to the stroller and the floor that supported my giant diaper bags. This bag doesn't fit well under an airplane seat (it's almost too bulky as a luggage rack)
