Overall the initial price might seem high, after a little thought I understand that I would spend that much in a year or so. And with no canisters to throw in the landfill and less gas to constantly replace the compressed air, that's no problem. But does it work well enough? It took an initial charge, and then I used it for my usual purposes: blowing hair off an electric razor, removing sawdust and shavings from woodworking tools, removing dead dirt and grass from lawn tools. Not as strong as the original air can BUT MORE THAN ENOUGH for all my needs. Yes. powerful enough. Very happy with the purchase and would highly recommend it to others to save money and reduce the environmental impact of canned air. And with the easy connection of the battery, I'll probably use it more often than I originally thought.
