I'm not the type to dye my eyebrows or anything like that because my eyebrows are naturally thick. I bought it because the beautician did too much makeup on my eyebrows. So I really wanted to try something that looked natural. I'm not a fan of crayon, powder, gel. I have nothing against these things, they just don't suit me. This chalk saves lives and is worth every penny! It looks very natural, quick, doesn't take long and doesn't look ashy on camera or in natural light. A few tips: don't forget to shake off the excess by rubbing the sides at the top of the tube so you don't lose the product and spill the chalk all over the place. If you are afraid to use this item, I would suggest doing the eyebrows first. So if you screw something up, you can delete it and try again. A little goes a long way, so use a light hand. I bought this in medium brown if that helps anyone. You will not regret it!
