Ok first off a little about myself, so this whole review makes sense. I'm 5'10, my torso size is 20 inches. I'm a fairly avid hiker/ back packer. As much as I enjoy hiking I have some gear that is just too heavy and needs replace. A pack being one. I know you get what you pay for. I had every intention of getting a good quality known brand. But life catches up and I was in a jam. So I choose this, hoping it will be good enough for my up coming hike. Well I was WRONG! I did a test hike of 3 miles with the pack. So let me break down the pros and cons for you.Pro: 1)It is light. After I weighed it on my scale it came out to 2.6 pounds2) It is cheap. There are similar back packs from known brands that are more expensive and have heavier packs.3)It can carry a good bit of weight. I had this packed with 26lbs and it seemed to hold up fine with my 3 mile hike test.4) It is had enough padding. I like comfort and pads. Yes it adds weight but I don't like straps digging into me.5) It has hip pouches, 1 small "shoe" pouch (I put my tent in that spot) a good sized compartment in the brain bag, and 2 side pouches to hold water bottles.Cons: Cheap. Everything about this bag is cheap. Cheap straps, the stitching isn't that good, the belt buckle is the cheapest you can get and will probably break with too much pressure. The zippers are also cheap. If the pack is "over stuffed" the zippers on the shoe pouch and other compartment won't unzip or zip easily.2) NOT 60L! You can get 60L if you open the shoe pouch and pull the inside sack down (see my photo) which removes the ability to stuff a tent, shoes or whatever in that pouch. Also, it removed the ability to attach items to the outside of your pack. A good pack has it so, if you don't use all 60L you can roll it down into the pack or sinch it down. Not this bag. It is at most a 40L bag.3)If you are a medium or long torso this bag WILL NOT fit you. The back on this pack is at about 16 inches. I tried to get this pack to sit correctly for me, and I could not get any of the weight on my hips. It was all shoulders.4) Straps are too narrow. While they are padded they are too narrow and still dig into my chest and pits.5)NOT breathable. The way this pack is designed it does not allow the for good air circulation behind your back. While .out packs struggle with this, this tends to be on the more "worse" side.About the pack: It is frameless, lightweight, between 40L-60L (only 60 if you open the shoe pouch), has an emergency whistle attached to the chest strap. Comes with a rain fly to help keep your stuff dry.So, overall if you are taller or have a long torso, or plan on doing a trip that is more than 2 days. I would not get this pack. This pack will not sit correctly and put all the weight on your shoulders and not evenly distribute the weight. The straps and buckles are too weak and can break easily. Save your money and get a better back. Don't make the same mistake I made.
