Considering this is a cheap mass produced product, that's not bad. The quality is average - nothing outstanding is bad. The zippers are fine - light but they work well. The stitching is fine, the fabric is heavier than I expected. Considering the low cost, I consider myself lucky. I chose this model because of the large pockets in the lid as I have a lot of gift bags and these pockets are great for them and stacks of tissue paper. This is ideal for those looking for an economical storage solution for wrapping paper, gift bags and a small amount of packaging supplies. It's not durable, not durable and not meant for heavy use (in my opinion). It can be crowded - in other words, it still closes easily when filled with content. Thanks to its three handles, it's easy to store it horizontally, on the edge or vertically (if it contains paper rolls). For a simple product, it feels well thought out. The only criticism is that the dimensions do not fit into the corners. The corners are usually slightly rounded (makes zipping easier). Because of this, there is slightly less room around the edges for paper rolls (when removable dividers are installed - haven't tried 42" rolls). Removable dividers are not adjustable - they just have a small Velcro strip right where it should be. A wider strip or multiple strips add versatility to the pack.
