Customer service is excellent!
The lashes are beautiful but mine came with some sort of glue or plastic in the left-hand side of the right lash. You can see it in the picture I uploaded. I STILL got compliments. But the perfectionist in me doesn't love how that white part shows up in pictures and videos. I also couldn't cover it with mascara or anything.UPDATE: from 2 to 5 stars!The customer service with these people is really great actually! I got a free ticket for some a free product raffle in my bag and when I told them about my review they said they would bypass the raffle aspect and send me a new pair of lashes because of my dissatisfaction! The new lashes are beautiful and have NO glue issues!
