Two products that work well together.

This review covers both ACE Compress Multipurpose Cold/Warm Pack - 051131204034 and Ace Cold/Warm Knitted Pack Reusable - 051131203990. same gel pack size 9 1/ 4 Inches X 4 Inches This bag can be molded even in much lower freezing temperatures and is made of durable plastic. A multi-purpose sleeve holds the gel pack in a thin, open-weave pouch sewn to a 24-inch (stretches to 30-inch) Velcro strap. In use, the strap is wrapped around the desired body part, e.g. the elbow or knee, by applying a 4" cold strip to the 9 1/4 strip of the wrapped belt. A knitted cold pack consists of just a gel pack and a knitted pouch large enough for the compress to hold can slide in. The bag has velcro on one end.I bought both and use them together: the open woven bag that is part of the multi-purpose pack is so thin that I find the cold too strong. However, after I tried the knitted cold pack bag into another pouch, the end result was a pouch that was cold enough without me falling over like getting frostbite. The cold pack pouch can be left in the universal pack so changing gel packs is as easy as if you wouldn't pack it twice you'll need two packs of gel anyway if you want a continuous frosting, refreezing one while you use the other end up. Purchasing one of these products is an easy way to achieve this. Putting on an all-in-one arm or elbow wrap can seem very difficult, but here's a trick: the first time you try to wrap it, you'll do my best to make the first twist as tight as possible to do, but the money bag will fight you. , which makes it really difficult to complete the first round other than for free. The trick is to stop fighting it. Just accept that the movie will gape after completing the first round. Ignore it and keep spinning. As you near the end of the bandage, pull tight until the end of the bandage is exactly where you want it to adhere to the bandage. (The fabric has enough stretch to allow for this.) Once the end of the strap is where it should be, it becomes a simple tug at the start of the wrap until the entire strap is evenly stretched and taut. (It's helpful to have someone else wrap the bandage the first time, so you can see how close to the transverse seam the end of the strap should end up. Now you have a target for your own experiments.) If the above is clear how dirt appears, only come back to this review after receiving the bandage. If you see the problem yourself, you will understand the solution. Once I stopped trying to get that first wrap perfect, the application time dropped from a minute to five to ten seconds.
