Unfortunately I don't have any other smart socks to compare but overall they do exactly what I want. It monitors the heart rate when the baby is on its back or stomach and alerts when the baby turns on its stomach, as well as its temperature. While I wish it had breath tracking, it at least tracks movement, which is pretty good. I really think the 30 foot range isn't very helpful if you end up wanting to put your child in their own room. This is definitely for co-sleeping or when the kid's room is next to your bedroom, but something like Nora will be most helpful if you're moving into the kid's room. It might be worth paying the extra cash for the Long Range instead of the standard version.
