Just bought a second receiver and dog grooming training collar. We started using the training collar when the dog was six months old. A year later we have a very well behaved dog and we are very happy. It doesn't happen overnight. It requires consistency and loving patience. We couldn't have done it without this device. We live in a village and it is extremely important that our dog does not leave an unfenced area. There is a busy road so we were unable to leave the hotel. Now he sits on the edge and watches people riding bikes or walking by. He doesn't bark and doesn't run away. Even if there is another dog with you. Before we used the training collar, it couldn't be restrained unless it was tied. Nobody likes it. I cannot recommend this product enough, along with the research on how to train dogs with such a device.
