No neck was packed very well. It came in multiple bags and had a silk cloth for cleaning. The chain squeaks a bit, I don't like the way the chime sounds on the chain. But overall I like it!

- Super shiny and polished. The chain is quite strong and the length is perfect for me.
- The "gold" looks very yellow and is of poor quality, it's a cute necklace, but it's not gold, it's just a completely yellow chain
