
The original camera was defective for a few months, the power was blocked and I couldn't do anything about it, so I contacted the seller and they agreed to replace the internal parts, but I had to pay $32 shipping for genuine parts. The new parts I installed still work, so I'm using it as a backup camera now, but I wasn't happy with the after-sales service. I have a Mobius camera that doesn't support wifi but has been working fine for two years. If they improve their warranty service, trust the customer's opinion and send me a replacement part in my case, I can give 5 stars.
