Not sure what "Andy's quality " is
This belt is pretty cheap, Andy's quality should be low, it's definitely not what you would expect from a tactical quality, he has a good buckle but it is sewn on so i sent it back straight away. It's not really nylon for straps, more like a cheap strap.
