This tool has helped us in many ways. It helps us know what are our suppliers' tax codes and we can communicate this information at any time without having to ask them for it everytime. I do not like that you cannot set up multiple templates because sometimes i have different requirements depending on who my supplier is. Also, if there's no template available, then they should provide one so that everyone knows how to use their system. We've been able to find out which taxes the vendors pay by using this software.
