Medium camera backpack is full of win

This is my first camera backpack so I'll leave comparisons to others. Here's what I liked and what I think could be improved. What I liked is that almost everything works correctly. It's durable, stands on its own (with waterproof bottom) and fits well. It has a chest strap and a waist strap and those straps are long enough to fit anyone I can think of. All straps are padded so you don't feel like they're cutting into you. Hooray! This is a comfy bag! As for the location, it has everything I need and more space; I take a camera, a tripod and three lenses (18-55, 17-70, 55-250). That's good because I'm planning on getting longer lenses soon and didn't want to run out! So far I've taken it on short (<5 miles) hikes and had plenty of room for drinks, snacks and all my camera gear. The utility/ease of use is also excellent. Each compartment is easily accessible and a full-size tripod (4-section) fits in one of the side stretch pockets. The moisture-wicking straps and back panel work as advertised. You will not collect sweat. I can't flip it over and get my gear without taking it off, although I think I'm too clumsy. style - looks good. It doesn't scream "camera backpack" or draw too much attention. Sea green zippers make them easy to see and find and not get snagged on things (except one). What could be improved - there are no attachment points on the shoulder straps or waist belt. I wanted to secure my water bottle so I could reach it while walking. Instead, I put my water bottle in one of the side pockets and my tripod in the other, which means I have to stop to get my water bottle out. Not perfect. Also, the back zipper tends to get in the way of one of the side loops about halfway down, so you'll need to pull that gently. Overall, this is a great mid-size camera backpack that has room for what you need and room to grow. . It's the right size and the only thing missing were attachment points. However, for what you pay I think this is one of the best backpacks out there. I did a lot of research and other bags have required baffles to be purchased, were designed for long-distance travelers, or were just too big. 4.5/5
