I want to make sure everyone understands that I've had no problem putting tape on metal and plastic. The reason I gave this product 1 star is because the velcro piece does not stick to the other velcro piece. I cut out 2 pieces and put one on the wall and the other on the paper (every corner of the paper) and they don't stick to each other. It defeats the purpose of having a good adhesive if the velcro itself won't stick. I have laminated paper sheets hung on a metal wall and they are felting. I strongly do not recommend this item.
