Honestly, I don't even know where to start, so I'll start from the beginning. The chair arrived with two legs sticking out of the shipping box, which they pierced. The ends (where the wheels go in) were so jagged and sharp that bouncing in the box was enough to cut them through. (The box wasn't padded or lined with a supporting layer of cardboard.) The wheels were wrapped in bubble wrap, which was wrapped around one of the legs—that's four of them. A fifth wheel was dangling in the box, and presumably dents and scratches appeared on the plastic ring around the air tube as it floated. Frame with four socket head screws (keys included). Noting the sharp, jagged edges, I donned leather work gloves before pressing the wheels into the base; slipping your bare hands along the edges can cause serious injury - say a nasty wound. The pictures provided by the seller of the base with the wheels installed are true: there is a large gap between the frame and the wheel arch. I've never come across this. Okay, not a big deal, but it's a big deal. If your boot, sock, bare heel or ankle accidentally stumbles into that gap/jagged edge – well…. . need to be clarified? During inspection, the wheels cannot press against the frame because the stem is too long or the body is too short: the stem touches the body before the wheels are fully seated. Obviously due to the fact that the wheels aren't fully seated, they don't spin randomly, or at least in unison, if at all. Whether it's the wheels or the air hose, the seat/chair wobbles in all directions. The advertised 15-degree angle between the seat and the back of my chair is 6 degrees: almost vertical, meaning "you [can't] relax your back". body and relieves fatigue while playing or working with a 15° recline. If I sat at my desk copying eight hours a day, this seat could work and prevent me from bending backwards. As a player, this place is below. When I play FPS, I sit very far away and work with my game controller. When playing adventure/puzzle games like Myst, Uru, or Oblivion, I also sit back comfortably (not so much), hands on deck, manipulating rodents and the game keyboard. That won't happen with this chair. The chair isn't advertised as rocking, but I find it difficult to relax on a straight back. One more thing, there is a horizontal padding ridge that runs down the middle of my shoulder blades, similar to a lumbar brace. . The problem is that the thoracic spine has no lumbar support: it doesn't have an S-shape. Perhaps this is a manufacturing defect; Maybe the padding slipped through from the start. On a positive note, the seat feels soft enough to survive long periods of sitting. PVC leather fabric is a plus: it wears better than faux leather. As advertised, the chair rotates 360 degrees. If the chair I received reflects the design and manufacturing process, I would not recommend buying it.
