Great case for the new MacBook Pro 15.4" Retina! No need for the tabs it uses to grip! Got it put it on and off multiple times and you can't even tell it was there. It's very durable and the material really looks that good and it's not a fingerprint magnet. It REALLY gets dirty and fingerprints but it takes time and it lets wipes off easily. The fit is so good that it doesn't leave much dust and dirt between it and your Macbook. I didn't notice any effect on cooling either. All the vents are cut correctly, the fit and finish is perfect. It feels solid and durable.I won't drop or bump my MacBook to check it out, but I'm comfortable enough with it to say I do not worried about the "life" of my machine, I would buy it again in a heartbeat.
