I love this dish! This was a game changer for me. I buy meat on sale and freeze it. I can't tell you how many times I've forgotten to get something out of the freezer in time to make a meal. I can defrost a pound of hamburger or a few 1-1/2 inch steaks in under an hour. I simply turn the meat several times when defrosting. Another plus is that it is very easy to clean.
