Just arrived and the first bit I used was wrong. It doesn't seem to turn on at all.

Just arrived and the first bit I used wasn't the right one. It doesn't appear to be included in the set at all and appears to be labeled as not belonging in this set? If the seller could send this missing piece that would be great.
