Update 07/09/17: This is the third purchase I have made and I am not even thinking of buying another brand. Similar sizes at multiple pet stores are either irreversible or cost a few dollars more just for a scratch. No toys, catnip or brushes. My cat (Milo) is obsessed with it. He always itches or sleeps on it. I love that it's a double-sided scratching post so he gets double the benefits. ------------------------------- - ---------------- ---------------- --------------------------------- - -- --------------- ---------------------------------- -- --------------------------- ---------------------------------- - -- --My cat is not usually very happy when she new toys or new scratching posts, but this time it was different. He's lost his little mind! He usually goes and smells them and scratches them. He did the same thing this time, but he was so excited he threw it all over my living room. Even before I put the scratching post away, he was crazy about the toy. He can be very picky about toys so I usually prefer mouse toys and ball toys with bells but he loved this one. It must be the catnip or something. He played so much he got wet to the skin! I couldn't be happier with the scraper. The ones I bought before had cardboard on one side and carpet on the other. Cardboard is known to not last forever but seems to be popular with most cats, carpet is fine and doesn't leave a mess but is torn off the scratching post. So I thought I might just go back to cardboard and I'm glad I did. I usually have to change them every few months depending on how hard he scratches and how often I trim his nails, but I will DEFINITELY get them again. Catnip, toys, and tassels are nice bonuses. He has such a large collection of catnip. It's great and the delivery was very fast as always (Prime 2 Day Delivery). Overall very happy with it and Milo too!
