I don't have it for his Bought purpose I bought it as a wedge pillow to elevate my head in bed and it's perfect. I bought too many different wedge pillows and they were all too big. This gives the slight buoyancy I wanted to help with nasal congestion due to persistent allergies, but doesn't cause too much buoyancy like sitting in bed. The only complaint is that it's too small in width, but for the price I really can't complain, it's the best option for the price; really can not be defeated! As for its purpose, I don't know if it will be useful for lifting a pregnant belly, the base is quite thick so it can be uncomfortable under the belly and I definitely wouldn't put it between my legs, that's what it's for too stiff . Although there can be a good leg raise.
