I've been using this product for over a month now and didn't find it really helped until last week. Be sure to squeeze the tube slightly so the metal balls inserted into the nozzle are sticking out - this allows more product to come out and ensures full coverage. Until last week I just held the tube and rubbed the product into my eyes without much pressure. I didn't have a lot of coverage but I found the product very thin and that's what it looked like. But as soon as I started squeezing the hose, I immediately noticed a difference. It's such a relief to wake up in the morning with puffy, watery eyes, roll that bad boy all over your face, and then literally watch the swelling go down in minutes. Protocol. I start by rolling it under my eyes, then when it dries I apply a small scoop of eye gel (I use Neutrogena) and then finish with a banana under the eye cream to help with dark circles.
