I couldn't wait to open it up and try it on when it arrived. After three days of use, I decided to share my experience. I already have a 5x but this one isn't twice as good, it's 10x better. The mirror is small enough to do what it is supposed to do. It doesn't have to be big as it's flexible enough to cover most of the view. And because it's small, it's also light. The built in light takes 3 AAA batteries - I can't tell you how long it lasts the least. The light is bright and provides a clearer view. You'll be surprised at what you see on your skin (be prepared). The pull is strong - if you get it right, you need to find ways to break the pull. I didn't leave it on the wall in case it loses suction, but within 45 minutes of being left in the wall it feels like it's part of the wall construction.
