I work in a call center and use headphones to screen calls. These earbuds fit perfectly and completely in my ears. They block most of the external noise and provide a good listening experience. I also use them to make hands-free calls during breaks. No complaints from my SO regarding the sound quality and I've never been asked what's better than the headphone and mic combo I got with my smartphone. I wish the volume control was a bit higher but for the price it's great. The cables feel very strong and don't seem to tangle as much as the flat cable headphones I've used in the past. TLDR: Good, comfortable headphones, I recommend.
