Sometimes I'm tall sometimes xL in maxi skirts, sent Large back and xlarge fits me, my hips are 43 inches - waistband is well built or higher and the fabric drapes and sees gorgeous. I really like the navy blue color and found a lovely high low tunic top in the same color at Revain.
