All around great but could be excellent.
The only thing I dislike and found annoying is that when you go to rip the paper towel if you're a bit heavy-handed it's sometimes lifts the towel bar off the back of the unit and you have to Simply replace it. It would be awesome if they had a way to secure the towel bar once it's placed in there like a folding metal pieces to hold it in. Otherwise great little piece no need for tools. That's a great thing I put it up under my counter.
