No customer service. Bad seam.
One of the seams began to unravel, causing the neck strap to fall off and the hole in the side of the hat to widen. Repeated attempts to contact the company have gone unanswered. I will buy a new cap from another company.
- UPF 50+ protection gives parents peace of mind knowing their baby's delicate skin is well protected from the sun's harmful rays.
- A hat may not provide enough protection for children with longer faces.
