So I've had Treblab's E3 and Z2 headsets from the start. The Z2 was the first and I've worn it to hell for the past few years. They were nearing "end of life" so I looked at Treblab again and figured I'd do the E3 due to USB-C charging and other "upgrades". Less than 4 months with less than 1 hour. One day a week later, while I was sitting and listening, the pivot on my left ear cup broke. So the sound quality doesn't matter if the BUILD quality doesn't work. Look at the photos. The first shows a hairline crack on the horseshoe's right shell, while the second shows the left shell coming loose. Watch carefully. No scratch. No wear. Little use. NO abuse. They just did NOTHING. stress fractures. Imperfect design. Buy Treblab Z2. Fantastic build quality. Good sound quality for the money! DO NOT buy these E3s. ***EDIT*** Shortly after I wrote and posted this, Treblab, specifically Xenia and Marina, contacted me. Xenia said that she read this review and regret that my experience was unsatisfactory. She suggested and I agreed to replace my E3s with a pair of Z2s as I found them to be of better build quality. To be clear my E3s were under warranty and should be replaced. Instead, she offered to trade them for me. Only NOW do I receive daily emails from Xenia with urgent requests to increase my rating. Say she did me a favor so I should lie and up my rating. WON'T HAPPEN KENSIA.
