When I first received my belt I tried it on immediately. I was perfectly happy with that. I left it on for maybe 45 minutes and then took it off because I was planning on waking up in it later. 4 hours later. I go for a walk in the park and everything was cool for the first 15 minutes. Then I noticed the burglars were sticking out of me in 2 different places (oh my god) I had to pull them out immediately. Then start stopping walking. My goal is to always run 2 miles. as I hit the first mile. from Amazon, but also from other sites. but unfortunately I get 1 star. i really hate it
