Well when I got this device it was recommended to me by a friend. I was disappointed and couldn't get any technical information, the instructions should have been printed better and bigger. I have requested a return and refund. The seller agreed without a hitch and told me he'd be happy to help with tech support - he heard from him and received a friendly email saying he'd get back to me later. So I just started "playing" with it and figured most of it out. I still can't switch from Bluetooth music to FM radio without turning off Bluetooth - the sound quality is really good and the phone is really clean - so the other day after a long drive I decided to leave it. . I ordered another one to pair with my wife's helmet. Freedconn and the seller should work to communicate with the buyers if they have any problem. Overall it's a good unit with issues I'll live with
