Great for Nursing School

Not sure what specialty you want to go into when you graduate as a nurse? While you figure out if cardiology or ICU is going to be your "thing", I recommend this inexpensive stethoscope to use in clinicals! It's not going to get you the most clear, "fine" tones, but you will hear crackles, rhonchi, and even MV regurge (if it's not too subtle).
So save that graduation gift of a really expensive stethoscope for after you've decided you'll actually need it. This stethoscope is fine for learners!

Pros

Great product. Highly suitable for nurses and MDs. Clear sounds of lungs and heart. Very useful

Cons

I have a big head and tiny ear holes so this is uncomfortable. But I can hear well
