Not sure what specialty you want to go into when you graduate as a nurse? While you figure out if cardiology or ICU is going to be your "thing", I recommend this inexpensive stethoscope to use in clinicals! It's not going to get you the most clear, "fine" tones, but you will hear crackles, rhonchi, and even MV regurge (if it's not too subtle).
