I like that it's easy to use, has many features, and allows you to create your own blog without any coding knowledge. The layout options are limited compared to other platforms (e.g., WordPress). It also lacks analytics tools, which can be useful when tracking traffic or conversions. There isn't much in terms of support either - if there was an issue with my blog, I'd have no idea how to fix it myself. This means I would need to contact their customer service team first, then wait several days before getting a response. If you're looking for something simple and free but still want some customization, this might work well for you. We've been able to quickly set up our blogs as we don't know anything about web design/coding.
