They sent me the wrong size twice.
The shoes themselves are adorable and even more beautiful. But if you want them to be up and running, they're terrible to begin with. They're too slippery at the bottom, so my Lo slides in with my whole body. The insides were also poorly assembled. One of the soles was so crumpled on the inside that I could no longer put the boot on. Yes, they are inexpensive. But as with anything, you pay for the quality you get. Both times the wrong size was delivered.
