Went up a size from last year and they are smaller!

Terrible experience for the second year, if I will not buy again! I bought the Little Man Boots one size larger. It fits size 5 but order 6 and they are smaller, makes no sense, these people obviously don't know what they are doing there in 6 years, they won't make that mistake again, and the return is a hassle, worth it from the start more money for screwing up!
