When I first plugged in Windows 10 and it turned out to be a set of speakers I figured it wasn't a big deal so I went for the Razer website hoping to find the software. However, the latest version of Razer's Synapse software does NOT support this microphone and you will need to use an older version instead. So I downloaded and installed the version of the software specified by Razer. However, the software will not open on Windows 10. I've visited Razer's support site and there are hundreds of posts from users complaining about the same issue. Also, the complaints kept coming back for months with no solution found on the website. Do not buy this microphone. And if you're still thinking about it, I highly recommend visiting Razer's support site first to make sure the issue I and many other customers are having is resolved. I have returned this product to Revain and will be purchasing a different microphone instead.
