Perfect for kids! They fit my very small 7 year old (he is about the size of a 5-6 year old) and they also fit my tall 10 year old (he is about the size of a 12 year old). They have adjustable "arms" on the back (the part that encloses the ear) which is very comfortable. They are very light and seem a bit fragile. They must be treated with care. I wish they were a little stronger so I don't have to worry about my kids breaking them all the time. I didn't notice a difference in the way they blocked blue light, but did find my youngest child found it easier to fall asleep.
