The most useful is to be able to have a better insight on traffic and be able to have a more accurate report of the traffic. The Bot Manager can not use all the bot detection rules included in the Radware Security solution. For example if your website is under Radware Security, you can not use the bot detection rules that are included in Radware Security for free. The Radware Bot Manager does not have a good UI. It could be better. Make sure to test the rules. The rules work very well and you will not have any false positives. The benefits are that you can have a better insight on bot activity and understand the user behaviour that comes from the traffic. The software has been very useful at detecting bots that are trying to manipulate data within our system. It's also great for identifying what type of web crawler or spinner is being used so we can take action accordingly. I have not had any issues using this product but would be interested in hearing about them if they exist! This tool allows us to monitor all of our sites/pages 24 hours per day 7 days per week without having someone there doing it manually.
