I bought this expensive JML duvet thinking I was buying a quality warm soft duvet. Everything was perfect until I washed it. I followed the care instructions carefully and even air dried it in cool air for almost 2 hours to keep the comforter soft and silky. It got a little less soft after the first wash, but it seems normal. After 2 days of using it I noticed this whole bunch is flying off the ceiling!? That's the strangest thing - it's just heaps and heaps of fluff and threads, now the ceiling is one big hodgepodge of fluff! I have lint on my clothes and carpet and it really sticks to it so I vacuumed non-stop. This is amazing, I have never experienced this and have had other soft Korean mink comforters over the years. What are you going to do about it? It's terrible and looks terrible. My sheets are covered in this mess. I really want to know what the seller has to say about this defective product!
