Do not buy this article! It's been a year of working with the heater to try and get this thing to work. It's been back and forth trying to get this thing to work over and over again. I'm going to write off $550 as a loss and start over with a company that endorses their product. Sometimes it won't turn on, but most of the time it won't turn off. It never gave off as much heat as the old one. It was a waste of time, money and a lot of heartache. **Original Rating:** This product has become quite uncomfortable. If you are ordering from Revain because you live far from any store, repair center or town: DO NOT buy this product. I received an item that was slightly damaged in the packaging. It wasn't too worrying as the problems were only cosmetic. The problem is that the heater does not work and the customer has to deal with the manufacturer. The manufacturer needs to find (and pay) a certified specialist to work on the product. Airxcel (Suburban) will then work with a technician and eventually (if within 2 years) repair the heater. Living far from the city makes it costly, time consuming and stressful. I would not recommend purchasing this product unless you live within driving distance of an RV center or HVAC facility. Buying this product has caused a lot of heartache. If you need a new heater, you should consider going to an RV center or dealership to have it installed and thoroughly tested before you leave.
