About the iPAQ 1945: FWIW: I have been using this iPAQ model with Outlook 2002 and Microsoft ActiveSync with a Windows XP Professional machine for quite some time time (1 year if you forget it). Syncing isn't a problem (reported elsewhere) with both direct cable and Bluetooth. Considering how big a problem Windows in general can present, the reported sync problem between Windows and iPAQ 1945 probably has something else to do. I've never had a problem with this feature. For the price the device was pretty good hardware and I'm hooked on the basic features, it offers. If I would shop a little more
