Safety questionable

Not quite happy with this so-called OralB replacement. The first replacement brushes do not fit properly and come off when brushing. Second, because they came off while cleaning, I stabbed myself in the face. Yes, the stab wounds left lacerations, bleeding and a risk of infection on my face. I don't feel safe and will not buy them again.
