This massager consists of two parts - neck massage pillow and body mat. I was looking for a massager specifically for my neck when I could lie down. This massager works well on the neck area. This isn't a deep tissue massage, but it gets rid of knots! If it's too stiff, there's an extra valve that you flip over the kneading units. The carpet is really comfortable. The mat does not massage the body. There is a remote control that can be controlled to vibrate on different parts of the body. You can control the intensity. You can also detach the pillow from the mat! This means that you can also use the pillow massager on other parts of the body. Keep in mind that this isn't a deep tissue massage device, but it works well for body pain. I use it while watching TV and it's totally relaxing!
